IN THIS LESSON

Write to the part of you that hurts—and hear what it’s been needing all along.

Today, we go deeper. You’ll write a self-forgiveness letter—not to excuse anything, but to embrace the fullness of your humanity. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about love. And it’s one of the most healing things you’ll ever do.

Context & Teachings:

Writing can be magic. It gives shape to emotions that have been trapped inside for too long. In this lesson, you’ll write a letter to the part of yourself that still feels guilty—a younger version of you, a present-day self, or even a part that’s been ignored or blamed.

This is not about justifying or erasing. It’s about making space for what’s true: that you are complex, evolving, and still worthy of love. This exercise helps you integrate parts of yourself that have been pushed away by guilt. When you speak to those parts with compassion, you become the one who gets to decide what healing looks like now.

Questions to Ponder:

• What would I say to myself if I truly believed I was doing my best?

• What do I wish someone had told me back then?

• What if forgiving myself is the most loving thing I could do?
